Our guests enjoyed their stay

A well-shaded campground in a beautiful setting. A lovely little beach near the river with chairs and tables to sit at, and large swimming pools. Plenty of space between the bungalows. A variety of tent sites to choose from (ranging from basic to those with the most amenities, such as a separate kitchen). Attentive staff. Many attractions and activities near the campground. In short, a great stay!

Very friendly welcome. It was very easy to get a spot at this time of year (mid-September), and it was inexpensive. A very pleasant campground, under the trees, with plenty of shade. The pool—a nice surprise. Several of us from the Bordeaux Canoe and Kayak Club were there to participate in the Dordogne Marathon this weekend. We really enjoyed it. We’ll definitely be back—and some of us might even come back on our own!

A wonderful stay, even if it was too short. The village is very clean and wooded. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating. The pool is very clean and well-equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The river is beautiful and dog-friendly, which is really great. The open-air café is very nice but is only open in the evenings until 9 p.m. starting September 1, 2026, which is a bit of a shame. The Tiny was great, and the site was very spacious. However, it’s missing a few items, such as a basin for washing dishes to save water and some small hooks for hanging accessories, bags, or other items without taking up space.

We had a wonderful stay at the Slow Village in St. Cybranet during the first week of September. The accommodations (a premium one-bedroom cottage) were very pleasant, and the village’s location—with the river running right through it—made for a very peaceful experience.
