SLOW VILLAGE's main activity is the rental of leisure accommodation in its establishments in France. These terms and conditions govern all legal notices and the management of personal data within the Inspire Villages Group, which operates the SLOW VILLAGE brand (hereinafter "SLOW VILLAGE").

In accordance with the provisions of law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of the SLOW VILLAGE website are informed of the identity of the various parties involved in its creation and follow-up.

SLOW VILLAGE respects users' concerns regarding the confidentiality of personal information provided. SLOW VILLAGE ensures that it complies with CNIL obligations. In its capacity as data controller under the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 amended in 2004 and the European Directive of October 24, 1995 (hereinafter, the "Data Protection Act") SLOW VILLAGE is likely to collect nominative data (names, first names, contact information...) or non-nominative data (preferences, favorite information...) during the user's viSites on its Internet Site (hereinafter the "Site") in order to be able to identify the user, to offer personalized services or to improve the Site and to listen to the user.

Data is kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected: for newsletter subscription management, data will be kept for as long as the subscription is active, and all data will be deleted within 2 months of a user's unsubscribing; for other data, it will be kept for 2 years. SLOW VILLAGE has taken every precaution to protect the confidentiality and security of personal data processed and to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, destroyed or accessed by unauthorized third parties. State-of-the-art technical and organizational security measures have been implemented, particularly with regard to information systems. However, SLOW VILLAGE does not control all the risks associated with the operation of the Internet and draws the attention of users to the existence of possible risks inherent in its use and operation.

SLOW VILLAGE undertakes to process your request within seven working days. The user is informed that, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act, he/she has the right at any time to object, for legitimate reasons, to his/her personal data being processed.

 

  • COOKIES, NAVIGATION DATA AND LOCATION

 

When accessing the Site, and once the user has agreed to continue browsing, a cookie may be installed and stored for a maximum of 13 months in the user's memory or hard disk, in order to facilitate browsing. A cookie does not allow the user to be identified, but is used to record information relating to browsing on the Site (pages consulted, date and time of consultation, etc.).
