Hello there, Once again, our stay at Slow Village in Saint-Martin-de-Ré was a truly relaxing break. The pool is as lovely as ever, the greenery is getting more and more beautiful, and the hospitality and helpfulness of the entire team are exceptional. We stayed in a Comfort Cabin again, number 93 (a bit dated, but we knew that; it should be renovated in the coming months, like some already have), because we were looking for the evening sun above all else. My comment is the same as last year regarding the plastic kitchen utensils (ladle, spoon, spatula…), and the Tefal pans—stainless steel would be more eco-friendly and durable. We can’t wait to come back, probably in September…

We had a wonderful stay; the wooded, flower-filled setting is a definite plus. The pool is a definite bonus. The incredibly friendly staff adds to the overall sense of well-being.
