Claim Form

Slow Village formally commits to ensuring that no stakeholder who has filed a complaint in good faith will be subject, either by Slow Village or its employees, to any form of retaliation: dismissal, demotion, disciplinary action, discrimination, harassment, exclusion, termination of a business relationship, or any other prejudicial measure, whether direct or indirect, related to the filing, content, or follow-up of their complaint.

This commitment applies regardless of the outcome of the claim—whether it is admissible or not, or whether it is resolved in favor of or against the custodian—and regardless of the method used to file it (online form or regular mail).

Anyone who believes they have been subjected to retaliation as a result of filing a complaint may report it immediately to the complaints liaison officer or, if that person is involved, directly to Slow Village management, with the same confidentiality protections as for the initial complaint.

Failure to comply with this commitment may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of the employment contract or business relationship.
