Belle-Ile-en-Mer

Extremely friendly staff, comfortable bungalows, very comfortable beds, and good food at Casa Slow. The only downside is how close the bungalows are packed together. We’ll go back, but not during school breaks.

Belle-Ile-en-Mer

We stayed during the shoulder season—the rental was fantastic, with all the amenities we needed. The heated pool was especially nice, especially since we had perfect weather for hiking. We ordered bread the day before for breakfast and sandwiches the next day. The location is 1 km from the palace, and there’s a bus stop nearby. The front desk staff was great, and the luggage shuttle was very helpful.

Belle-Ile-en-Mer

The campground is accessible on foot or by bus from Le Palais. I stayed during a relatively slow time of year, so it was quiet; however, the proximity of the cabins would bother me during peak season. The campground seems well-maintained, and the restaurant and pool area are pleasant; the staff is friendly.

It's nice to be back at the same place we were 50 years ago! The campground has changed a lot—it's gone from rustic to very comfortable! We loved our Signature Cottage.
