I’m giving it an 8 because we didn’t have hot water, but to be fair, we didn’t report it (though we could have checked that before our stay), and I’m also deducting one point for the bedding and the creaking doors—they wake everyone up at night. Otherwise, the campground is super convenient for families with kids—no complaints there.

A very relaxing stay, nice pool, excellent concert evening. The surroundings are beautiful. Maybe the riverbank in one spot could use a little work—just a bit of sand instead of dirt. The idea of the donation box is great—the only downside is that our friends left at the same time as us but received local products from the front desk (olive oil, cream), while we got nothing!! Why the difference?
