Upcoming Slow Village Destinations

A new location on the Île de Ré and a new village in the Lot region for 2027!

Starting next year, two new destinations will be added to the Slow Village collection!

The first is located just a stone's throw from Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, nestled in a pristine setting between cliffs and the river. The second is situated on the Île de Ré, offering a serene atmosphere surrounded by the ocean, pine forests, and charming villages.

These places welcome you with open arms, in their own unique way, inviting you to explore them with ease.

La Couarde, Île de Ré: The Henri IV Woods

Located in La Couarde-sur-Mer, this spot offers an immediate escape into the natural beauty of the ocean and the holm oak forest. Just 200 meters from the beach, it’s the perfect starting point for exploring the island by bike.

The estate is now open and available for booking. You can enjoy the property starting this summer, before it becomes a full-fledged Slow Village property next year.
