4 days to reconnect with what's essential
Treat yourself to a break where you can listen to your body and recharge your batteries in a natural setting. This stay is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and your needs, to nourish your body with simple, tasty plant-based cuisine, to explore the benefits of plants and well-being rituals, and to practice accessible, gentle and regenerating yoga.
The program
Immerse yourself in four days of relaxation and rejuvenation, with yoga, plant-based cuisine and wellness workshops.
Day 1 - Thursday, October 9
Welcome from 4pm in your cabin, opening circle and healthy aperitif with autumnal flavors, followed by a cocooning workshop (self-massage, aromatherapy & "gentle sleep" infusion).
Day 2 - Friday, October 10
Gentle wake-up call, morning yoga, vegetarian lunch, sound relaxation, then afternoon at leisure. Evening: conference on naturopathy and nutrition.
Day 3 - Saturday, October 11
Morning yoga, vegetarian cooking workshop with tasting, free afternoon, Yin yoga session, vegetarian dinner and free evening.
Day 4 - Sunday, October 12
Last morning yoga, vegetarian brunch and departure at noon.
